Well I am at the following:
Cpu ext. freq. 140Mhz
Cpu Freq. Multiple 11.5
memory Freq. spd
Resulting Freq is at 210 Mhz
with  
3-2-2-2t
running at 1.85v
 
Anything I am missing here?
