Since yesterday my minimized programs haven't been able to open back up and my programs are very sporadic like they're spazzing out and they're not responding for a brief second then it's fine until it does it again. I also get random freezes in games like WoW for 30 seconds. I have no idea what's wrong could it be overheating or if I reinstalled windows7 would it fix it?
