I need to build 10 computers and need help deciding what to do.
The primary use of these computers will be for word processing and internet access. My main objective is price, so onboard everything would be nice, that is if it is best to go that route. Any info would greatly be appreciated, please tell me what you would do "I am talking mobo, hard drive, and ram ect." also let me know where to get the parts U.S.A...

Thanks in advance.

Well for onboard sound and network then I suggest an EPOX 8k5A2+. It has onboard sound and network as I said. For onboard sound network and video there is a version of the NForce 2 with all that. As for where to get it I dont know where as I live in australia.

The best mobo for you is ASUS A7N266-VM. Comes with onboard GF2 MX graphics, audio and lan. Single unit costs only $72. And very very stable.

Buy Kingston PC2100 CL2.5 DDR. IMO, 256 MB will be enough.

For hard drive, go for Maxtor D740X 40 GB.

The guys who recommend the nForce1 are dead on the money. I'd say get an XP1600+ or 1800+ as these are cheap, and about 4x the max speed any of these machines really needs.

Of course you could just buy some new old stock Emachines for around $250 each, and they'd still be twice as fast as needed. I sell Pentium 1 200MMX machines that are up to that task with Win9x, but since you're probably looking at XP, you'll be looking at something a little faster.
My recommendation would be to look at what newegg.com has to offer, get an nForce with integrated graphics, the cheapest 20GB+ hard drive, the cheapest CD-Rom, the cheapest floppy, a cheap stick of PC2100-256MB, and a sound cable.
