I am using XP Office, and under Display on the Control Panel there is no
screensavers tab. Does this mean my computer is set up to not allow them?
Is there a way to override this possibly?

Windows XP is the operating system and that is where the
screensavers would be installed. OFFICE XP (aka OFFICE
2002) is a suite of applications.

If your system was installed w/o all components or your
system administrator (if in an office) has turned them off,
you might not see screensavers as an option.
