Hi Dorothy,

Control Panel/Printers and faxes, right click your printer and click
properties. Click the Sharing tab.

Dorothy,
As Followed go to:
1. Control panel.
2. Find your installed printer.
3. Right click on it and find Sharing and click on it.
4. Find the Sharing Tab and click on it, look down the list and you will see
the options you have.
5. Choose the option you want and click apply and then Okay and exit.
"As a note you only want to share this printer if you are on a network that
has 2 or more computers"
