I am sending this message on a Libretto ct50 with Win95 and a Orinoco
Gold card, works perfect.
I tried a number of other cards, which claimed to run on W95 (Belkin,
Netgear etc), but they would not install.

Hi Clarence (or anyone who can help),

The site above says in two different places:
_____
"Software Drivers: Windows95/98/2000/NT/WinCE "

"Product Requirements: Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP or handheld computer with
Windows CE"
_____

Isn't this contradictory (as far as Window 95 goes)?

How do I interpret the above (as far as Windows 95 goes)?

If there are downloadable drivers for Windows 95, that would be a clue.
It seems that win98/me are supported by many that don't support win95.

Someone else mentioned that they were using an Orinoco card with Win95.
I have an Orinoco card, and I like it.
http://www.proxim.com/support/all/ [...] sr-02.html
says "This software is for the Windows operating systems (95 though XP)."
I bought mine from PCMall, but I'm using it on Win2000.

Thank you, Clarence. Your citations are perfect. I went to both and they look
great.

This is for a friend and I will send him to these sites.
