Iv heard complaints that ASUS A7N8X dual ddr motherboard is NOT compatible with 2 dimms of 256meg OCZ PC2700 2-2-2, can anyone confirm?

I contacted the OCZ Ram provider and he claims there should be no problem. And people have already used the same combination. Hopefully am just over-reacting.
