Windows 8 Video Sceduler Internal Error BSOD

Hello, I am having trouble with my 7770. When ever the system stops outputting to the monitors (sleep, in activity, etc) When I try to get back on it comes up with that BSOD. I have opened up the miniDump and found out the problem has been caused by dxgmms1.sys, Although I do not know how to fix it. Any info will be helpful! Thanks!

Might see if there is an update for your video card driver, completely uninstall the older one, install the latest one.
I think the dxgmms1.sys is from Diablo 3. Is that something you recently installed or are running? If so might see if there is an updated system driver for it.
  2. Actually I did update my driver recently, didn't post that here. I haven't encountered it since, Ill let you guys know how it goes in a month. (Unless if I get the BSoD again.)

That may well have solved the problem!
