Computer shutdown

Hi, I helped a friend build a computer using a FIC AN17 barebones setup with Athlon XP 2100, 256mb Mushkin PC2700, WD 80gb HD, CD & CDRW drives and ATI 9000 pro vid card. It seemed like everything was working fine but he has told me that out of the blue the computer will blank out and the next thing he see's is the POST screen. This has happened twice now. We have WinXP loaded. What is the likely reason for this and what can I do to trouble shoot this. Thanx for the assistance.

Check the card in the AGP slot to make sure it's seated. They can work loose. Pull it out & reset it.

Great, thanx for the suggestions. The part that sucks is this is the second case/power supply we've tried after a whole slew of other problems. It does make sense now that you've pointed it out for me. To the store I go again! Thanx.
