I have a PC with 98SE. I'm about to install XP on my laptop. When I'm done,
will I be able to use XP's Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to transfer
Outlook Express files and settings from my PC (98) to my laptop (XP)?

The Files and Settings Transfer Wizard will transfer email messages, IE favorites,
and many other files and settings. However, it does not transfer programs.
