HD speeds on nforce2 boards?

Hi,
This is my first post here at Toms Hardware.
I'm buying an nForce2 mobo next weekend, either the ASUS or EPOX model, I dont use or need RAID, but I will be connecting 2 ATA133 hd's.
So does anyone have any benchmarks/scores or comparisons between an nForce2 hd 'controller' and a regular VIA/Highpoint setup?
I really need to know please, i've asked elsewhere, but no one knows.
As a point of reference the ATA133 hd's in my Abit KT7A-Raid mobo, benchmark around 30mb/s +/- 4mb/s

The integrated controller will offer similar performance to other controllers, mostly limited by hard drive performance.
