Ok, I have two questions.. sorry, i just like to ask opinions and learn rather than screw something up doing it wrong. I've searched google, microsoft, and couldn't come up with anything.

---

First question: While playing return to castle wolfenstein, the game locks up and will just keep repeating a sound over and over. It only does it right at the beginning, within 1-2 minutes of starting to play. If it does not freeze within those 1-2 minutes, it won't freeze, no matter how long I play. I have not re-installed it or anything, so here's the message I get from the error log.

Friday, January 03, 2003 Application Error Faulting application wolfmp.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module cgame_mp_x86.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0002cc8f

---

My second question, *not really for this forum, but hey, my bad :( * While attempting to network two windows XP boxes, I can get them to see each other for about 10 minutes, then they stop seeing each other. I have the same workgroups on both computers, shared drives, printers, etc.. This is the error message I receive. **note, I really only need to map network drives to move large video files from one computer to another, I don't really need to share printers or anything else**

Monday, December 23, 2002 MRxSmb The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer STEVE that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{7E1C3C88-DA03-492 A-80D. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

Steve is the computer I am trying to connect to. Any help on this would be VERY appreciated. Thanks ALOT!

I suspected it was caused by punkbuster, but could not find any documentation anywhere on the web. I can't seem to access the links on the austrailian gamers site, where it says on the right the wolf crashing, punkbuster 1.41 , etc. I'll keep researching this. Thanks for the response
