Hey all im new here. I have a Windows Vista based PC and a Xbox 360 and didnt know if i could set them up on an LAN to play multiplayer games like Call of Duty 4? Thanks.

You cannot set them up to play against each other. You can however setup and lan multiple 360s together, and multiple PCs the same way. Halo 3 is a better game for lan though because you can do more than one player per console where as Call of Duty 4 to my knowledge only allows one player per system.
