Do alot of people play ArmA? I believe that I beta tested it, but wasnt to impressed. The video was good though. The scale of the game is quite amazing that is for sure. Maybe I will have to give ArmA 2 a look, and maybe go out and get the original to see what it is all really about.

Its a game that requires a lot of patience and input from the user but like with all things what you get out is proportional to what you put in and it can be a very rewarding experience. No other game has the same scale or freedom and I have had some truly amazing experiences playing ArmA online.

It probably won't appeal to those who like an instant pick up and play title like COD4 but those who have the patience to get used to and appreciate the detail of the game will be blown away.

I may go pick it up in a week or 2 when I get some time and see how it is now. Everything deserves a 2nd chance. This game somewhat reminds me of Joint Operations, which I enjoyed many years ago! lol
