I've seen the AD in facebook and i bought the windows7 ultimate oem edition from this site. it cost me $110.66 anybody looking for a good deal on windows7, this site is some of the best pricing structure i have seen.  

Windows 7 Ultimate is for rubes. It offers nothing you need for more money. Stick with premium unless you need to add your PC to a domain. Then go Professional.

I don't think Premium comes with the media center.

Yes it does. Basic doesn't have it but that is not a retail version of Windows 7. It's only for pre installation on netbooks.
