so if i have FAT32 this won t work,to put a folders "read only" for a
specified account:

"Disable simple file sharing in the control panel/folder options/view tab.
Then right-click the folder, choose properties. Go to the security tab, set
the users (everyone) for read only, no write permissions. Allow admin to
have full control.

Nope. As you seem to doubt it ask your help files. Typing
security fat32
gives
a.. In order to maintain access control on files and folders and support limited accounts, you must use NTFS. If you use FAT32, all users will have access to all files on your hard drive, regardless of their account type (administrator, limited, or standard.)
