I see people all the time listing similar systems on craigslist for $1000... and my only comment is that the q6600 at this point in time, is what... 3 year old?

I think any more than 6-700 and it should be an i5-i7 at least.

around there 600-700, the gfx is more or less lower-mainstream now, the q6600 is EoLed, the rest of the system seems nice but again they are old and old enthusiast item don't sell well, they'd be the same price as old standard stuff (even tho they are better built and etc, no one is going to pay premium for that since it is already old and what nots)
