Windows XP home; Outlook Express
All of a sudden I need to Log on and Log Off to use Outlook Express. I am on
cable. Cannot upload to news Groups. Pop up window says Upload via
DAILER..Is this the ISP ?

Is there any other error message about Log On/Log Off? You may have some
spyware on your system - reference to the 'Dialer':
