Hello, I am new here so be gentle with me..... 
My question is about lag with mouse movements in a fps. I play old ut99 and have lag in the mouse movement...(when i move the mouse there is a delay till the screen moves. I have not noticed this until I built my newest computer. AMD Quad 9600, 2 gig 1066 ddr2, MSI ati 4850 512.
I have tried to update all drivers to the latest ones. I used a Logitech g5 and now am using a CyberSnipa Stinger. Both mice had the lag with the new build.
Is it just the old dx 7 game is too old to run right or something I am doing something wrong. Everything else seem fine except for the mouse lag.
