My friend recently reinstalled me on a Pavilion 6830. All is well except for
the
sound. When he goes to control panel - audio and sound devices - nothing
shows up in the audio and sound devices "audio" properties - although he has
installed the drivers several times. We have found that it has a Crystal
sound chip
on the motherboard. And the hp site doesn't have a download for it, any
suggestions?

Thanks ahead.
