Hello,
Does anyone out there know whether Verizon offers a cell phone that
can be configured so that it can only call one number? For example if
you want to give your child a cell phone, but don't want them calling
all over the world, this feature would be quite useful.

i know that they have or had phones that if they are locked they could only
dial numbers that are in the phone book, they could also dial cust service
and 911. i have the lg4400 and it has this ability under security. it can be
set to restrict which only lets the phone dial 911 or phone book numbers.
