hidden files

how do i delete all the hidden files and photos when i run a search in SEARCH
it's taking up a lot of memory i just don't need them? i can delete them one
by one but this takes forever!is there a way i can delete them all in one go
many thanks

Or, to highlite all files within a given folder, press CTRL | A

And they are correct about Hidden Files.. Be very careful what you decide
to Delete..

Highlight the first one.
Scroll down to the end of the list.
Hold down your Shift key while you highlight the last one - this will
cause them all to be highlighted.
Press the Delete key.

Be careful you don't delete a file you need!

thanks for your reply,that works but when i try to delete these files it
say's{CANNOT DELETE FILE:CANNOT READ FROM THE SOURCE FILE OR DISK} what does
these mean and how do i delete them many thanks paul.

Hidden files are hidden for a purpose - to prevent you from accidentally
deleting them. That is unless you have deliberately made them hidden files
yourself. My advice is to be very careful what hidden files you are deleting
otherwise you might find your pc will not boot up correctly after shutdown.
You can delete any number of files by first selecting the first file with
the mouse and then holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last file.
All the files should then be highlighted. Right click on the highlighted
files and select delete from the drop down menu.
