While the BIOS does not support a faster RAM, you can overclock the board thereby increasing the memory speed.
Example:
PC2700 and P4 2.4 533 stock FSB 133 with adjusted CPU voltage of 1.52 which is stock voltage for that CPU. Standard memory clock is 266. (133 times max multiplier 2 equals 266)
Reset to FSB 150 yields 300 memory speed at the maximum multiplier at 2.0. CPU power would also increase to 2.7.
I have run it faster to yield CPU power of 2.9 and memory speed of about 375.
Every working computer must be improved .... or replaced ...
