Need input on a computer purchase

So I need a cheapy computer for the gf to run sims/wow and some other relatively outdated games. I ran into this one at the dell outlet and think it's perfect for only $270:

Windows XP Home

Memory
2 GB DDR2 SDRAM 677MHz (2 DIMMs)

160 GB SATA Hard Drive (7200RPM)

Inspiron Desktop 531s Slim Tower:
AMD Sempron LE-1300 (2.3GHZ)

Media Bay
16X DVD +/- RW w/dbl layer write capability

It has a PCI-e x16 slot to help if I really needed a boost. While sempron is the budget AMD, the model was released in Jan 2008.

For something to hold me over to play sims/wow (+expansions), will this thing work out? I have a computer of my own to play newer games that I care about, I just don't want to buy a piece of garbage just because it's cheap.

Any timely input would be amazing.
