Hello I'm looking to buy a E6850 for my HP m7674n. Since it can only take 65nm processors T_T The E6850 seems to be the highest I can get.

I'm looking to spend like as cheap as possible. For a working cpu of course. Also i'll be paying through paypal. Never bought from someone directly on a forum...so I'm afraid of getting scammed. Not really sure how to protect myself, other than a paypal charge back. If they do that kinda stuff.
