Dead Computer

Plugged my computer in and saw sparks at the power supply. Every thing went dead. Replaced the power supply and every thing lite up but black screen. Aiso when I turn the power on with the switch at the back of the computer everything turns on without me useing the power button in the front of the case and the red and green light stay on all the time with a black screen. Any suggestions.
