tried flashing bios on a7n8x dlx board

when trying to flash bios on a7n8x dlx I recieve a "no source found" message and unable to move cursor. just flashes at bottom right hand corner of 1st bios page? Ihave also moved sata jumper to the 2/3 position to disable.cannot get by the verifying "DMI" prompt.what next to get this thing going?

Now I'm getting a "trend chip virus on version 1.65" message on the post screen???????????? where's the "punt " button !!!!

Are you using the build in flash upgrade method? There's a hotkey you press, similar to go into the bios. The bios has awdflash.exe stored in it. You only need the floppy with the bios file.

Perhaps you could clear the CMOS, and disable the virus protection long enough to get it flashed.
