Desktop icon cant be delete

i have a icon which i cant delete no matter what i do. it dont have a directory and it can only be found in the desktop and no other places. when i right click the icon it only has ????(H),??(R),
??(D),cut,create shortcut. when click on (H) it will go into a chinese website. when click on (R)
it will display my internet option.when press (D) nothing will happen.i try to cut and paste to a folder,but it wont let me paste.i scan with all the software i had,but they found nothing wrong.so i dont know what is wrong.can anyone please give me solution?

What does the icon look like? what's its name? Chinese website? Could be some bad software, could you list your processes here?

try a program called CCleaner. run all of its tests.

i do already..but still no use..

I fixed it.

Go to regedit. Search 21165.cn. Delete all the keys. Restarted the PC. Now you can delete the icons.
