Drop the Cooler. Get a Noctua NH-D14. It's a beast and it won't have issues like many water coolers.

Monitor needs serious upgrading. The PC has horsepower but you won't see how beautiful it looks on a so so monitor.

thats why i recommended a kick butt 24'' monitor and the Noctua NH-d14
