Does this include the graphics card etc and also how do you overlcock. Also is there anyway to cheapen it a bit to inclue an OS.

Yes, it includes gfx card, you can overclock the card with several programs like msi afterburner, trixx, etc.

Here's the updated list with the os :

With the 7870 LE, which is basically a 7950.
Here's the card : http://www.amazon.co.uk/Club-3D-HD7870-Graphics-Processors/dp/B00AAAFE7E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360103306&sr=8-1

Yes, it is, the motherboard already got the sata cables, the cpu already brings a cooler(stock one), you have all the parts needed.
The 7870 has one hdmi 1.4a, two mini display ports and a dual dvi link.
It has all the outputs needed.
