£200/£300 build advice

I'm trying to build my first computer as my current one is past it's best. The max i can spend is £300 but I'd like it closer to £200 if possible. I'll be using it for low end gaming and homework. I'll be hoping to use my current hard drive (Maxtor STM3250310AS 250gb) and this is what I have so far
