I would say a 7770 would be your best bet in that price range I selected a ASUS card for you although you could get another card if you chose just what I feel is a solid choice.

Not very well the 650/Ti would be more in line with the 7770 so I would say that the better value and performer would be in the 7770 certainly.

I would say that is a good jump in performance if you can afford as well.
