What Graphics card to get? £180+

Hi I've just bought a second hand saphire 7850 1GB OC edition very cheaply and I currently have xfx HD6850 1GB oc edition. I was wondering what graphics card I can get if I sell the HD7850 and Hd6850 :D  I could probably get around £180 for selling both graphics card.

I mainly use my pc for photoshop, gaming and I want to be able to play bf3 on full ULTRA if i could with AA and AF on if possible.

I don't mind Nvidia or AMD so recommendation for both could be good :)  2GB+ graphics card would be good :D

I could probably sell my HD6850 and buy a cheap 7850 again for crossfire but I'm not sure :??:

Thanks :D

My spec is:
AMD athlon x4 640 3ghz oc to 3.6
8gb 1600mhz corsair vengeance
1.5TB
OCZ 750w psu

More about : graphics card 180

This is the minimal needed for ultra -

CPU: Core i5-760 Quad 2.8GHz or Phenom II X4 965
RAM: 4 GB
GFX: GeForce GTX 460 or Radeon HD 5850
GFX RAM: 1GB

With £180 and you're willing to spend it all on a graphics card you could get a 660 which will be able to play most game on ultra.

What resolution do you play on? And what fps are you looking for? If your wanting 60+ fps all the time (in big maps with many players) You're probrably going to need to spend quite a bit more than £180

Playing at 1920x1080 looking for a reasonable fps with no lagg, at the moment I can play bf3 on ultra on my hd6850 with AA and AF off. I'm more than happy to spend a few more ££ was looking at the xfx HD7950 3GB

But what do you guys think about the saphire 7850 oc edition I have? do you think its worth upgrading?

Basically the only thing my pc is missing is ssd and I was thinking about getting water cooling but my temp never go up to 50+ lol :D

The only reason I was asking is because at higher resolutions cards will draw a little more. A SC card is a superclocked card that means its a factory overclocked card. A Ti is a titanium card and is not the same chip. Looking at the specs for each you will see this.

I don't at the moment think its worth upgrading however by wanting to put BF3 on ultra you will need more beefy components. Stronger graphics, stronger cpu, new motherboard.

The Ti is not a overclocked version. Its completely different. In relation to the 660/660Ti the 660 comes with 960 cuda cores and the 660Ti has 1344. Most of the other items are the same. The Ti stands for Titanium the SC stands for superclocked.

Yep I'll probably just leave it at HD7850 then :)  then I'll just sell the hd6850 to get SSD or something, also my motherboard is an asus 970 extreme 3 :D

Ah well I see well what you could do is get a 8350.

What you would need to do!
here is the cpu support list so you can see yourself

You will need to have a bios version of 1.7 or higher.

And then you could get the CPU. Now its not a intel CPU however it will be able to deal with any of the current cards with out much fuss.
