Best gaming laptop for £1000?

I have £1000 to spend on the best gaming laptop I can get for my cash. I've been recommended two gaming laptops, one with NVIDIA GT 650M 2GB GDDR5 Graphics the other has ATI HD 6970M 2GB GDDR5 Graphics, but which is the best Graphics card?? And I suppose which is the best laptop for gaming as well please.

Personally I prefer windows 7 over windows 8 - mainly because my few experiences with windows 8 was extremely confusing. But that's not overly important, in fact all other goodies are "ok" but mainly its about gaming online and what ever does that best at highest specs efficiently is the one for me.

$1000 is enough to buy a good type of gaming laptop. I prefer a iMac apple laptop. I really enjoy playing games with this laptop because everything that i needed is here. For me, it is the <a href="http://www.***/top-gaming-laptop">best gaming laptop.</a>
