its a good pc, but change the ssd to a crucial brand, Samsung 840 ssds not pro are garbage.

You should really try to Build yourself your new pc by picking parts and assemblyng it yourself. You would be saving atleast 500 usd, and using that money on a better pc.

No need for 32GB of RAM, liquid cooling, or the 1200W power supply. What is your max budget? I could suggest a build if I knew that.
