$300 upgrade from GTX 470

I want to upgrade my GTX 470. $300 budget. Ideas, thoughts appreciated.
I'm playing Sim City and BF 3 currently. Thinking about Crysis 3.
Current setup:
i7 930 2.8ghz
8 gig ram
750W PSU

Go with the sapphire hd 7950 vapor x, i am buying this card this weekend and i have already spent 2 months on this topic. So i am sure about this card. And if u surf on the internet there are many reasons to get an amd card over nvidia if u take into account the future.
