Have two ideas in my head for my first gaming PC one is an Intel build and the other one is an AMD build. Would like to know which one is better for gaming. Any help appreciated.

They're both pretty much the same. I would go with AMD just because you usually get a little bit more bang for your buck. AMD is designed for gaming also so they better power consumption and temperature control.
