I am wanting to fix up my fx-8350 with A VERY nice cooler so I can overclock that thing like crazy.. I prefer the water cooling over that huge noctua famed nh-d14 so what would be a good water cooler for the cpu only?

Also, i have a CONSAIR 750 Bronze Efficiency, and I want to make sure I have enough room left for an overclock of up to 5.2 Ghz, of course I don't plan on making that my default clock I just want it to be able to shoot up to that maximum. So I will list my current build down below.. I ask that someone get an accurate amount of wattage it already uses.. and how much I can overclock up to with my current PSU..

Also verify with me if my case will take the suggested cooler

Thanks Tom Community

You won't get much performance difference with that aio watercooler over the Noctua NH-D14 or the Phanteks PH-TC14PE.
And yes, that psu is more than sufficient with the cpu overclocked, gpu overclocked, plus tons of hdds, fans, etc.
If you want water cooling, get a proper one, like a custom water cooling loop.
You can check here : http://www.frozencpu.com/

Yes but I heard those leak, and plus all i am overclocking is the CPU. The reason I am not doing the noctua is because I dont think itll fit over my high profile RAM and i dont want to spend $200 on low profile...

If you do it right, the risk is the same as the aio watercoolers or even less.
You can find some kits there : http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16891/ex-wat-219/XSPC_Raystorm_750_RS240_Extreme_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_New_Rev_4_Pump_Included_w_Free_Dead-Water.html?tl=g30c321

You can get more information in the overclocking section with the watercooling sticky there.
But if you really need a pre-assembled aio watercooler, i recommend looking for the Swiftech H220 : http://www.swiftech.com/h220.aspx
It wil be arriving soon to microcenter and other shops.
But an aircooler like the Noctua it's still a good option, it depends on what high profile ram do you have.
You can find if your ram is compatible with the cooler or not here : http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=compatibility_ram_gen&products_id=34&lng=en
