I wouldn't go with an apevia psu even if it was 1000W, apevia psus are rubbish.
My suggestion :

If you can afford a bit more, get the 7850 : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-1003551gocl

This includes a good psu that will do for both cards, a better cpu, better motherboard, it doesn't include the hyper 212 evo, but for stock speeds it's fine, that msi board isn't recommended for oc anyway.

I said in the previous post that the stock cooler that comes with it is decent for stock speeds, with this kind of budget i would invest more on the gpu, and other things, he can add later an aftermarket cooler.
The motherboard is perfectly compatible with any am3+ cpu(even with the FX-8320/8350), it's probably* one of the best matx am3+ motherboards.

i tried putting up your work dude, but there's a compatibility notes and it says "Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the NZXT Gamma Classic (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports."

That's just optional, not an incompatibility, since the board has two usb 2.0 headers for the case(usb 2.0 ports in the front), which has usb 2.0 ports instead of 3.0, the motherboard still has two usb 3.0 ports in the back, unless the OP has some device that takes advantage of the usb 3.0 bandwidth, it's not necessary, just a feature to some.
