Hello,
I'm wondering if I got scammed I paid 850$ + 50$ (tax) custom build..
Here are my specs,

intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz clocked to 3.90ghz
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
RADEON HD 7770 CORE EDITION BUILT BY XFX 1GB DDR5|DIRECTx 11|Steroscopic 3D.
8GB RAM DDR3
2TB HDD !
GIGABYTE INTEL z77 CROSSFIREX
COOLER MASTER ELITE 430 CASE

I know the GPU is not the highest in the market but it'll last 7-8months while I get a new higher end gpu.

Are my other specs good too? or is it the GPU only that's bad

The guy in the store told me for the mean while the best gpu for the $ is radeon 7770 but he also said you'll want to save up cause that card is going to drop to a low end in a few months, (6-7).

anyways ULTRA LSP750 750W ATX POWER SUPPLY

It already is low end I'm afraid. It's gonna struggle with a lot of games at 1080p.

Probably could have done it better yourself, but it doesn't really matter, it's not super over priced or anything, just gonna suck having such a bad GPU paired with a top of the line CPU. You'll definitely want to change it when you can.

Also the PSU seems like a piece of junk, I wouldn't trust it too much, better to get yourself something from Corsair/Seasonic ASAP.

That PSU *IS* a piece of junk - pretty much everything Ultra makes is.

Yes, more important than the wattage of the psu, is the quality of it and the amps on the +12v rail, i would take an antec neo eco with just 400W over the ultra with "750w", here's some good of one of the ultra psus : http://www.hardocp.com/article/2008/02/06/ultra_x2_extreme_edition_750w_power_supply/9#.UT5qsxzwnQU

They used to be good, but for sometime their line is crap.
Also the pc is unbalanced, since for gaming the i5 will do, the i7 is mostly for editing/3d modelling, a 7770 is a low end card, with the i5 and the rest of the price of the i7, you had at least a 7870 or even the 7870XT.
