More about memory motherboard
  1. DDR2 RAM
  2. Any specific type of ddr2, or will any be fine?
  3. I don't know what MB you have. But the 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) will fit most of them, because some MB can support up to DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500). Check the link for samples. Both DDR2 667 or DDR2 800 are more common to be used.

  4. Ok, thanks. I was going to use this motherboard GA-MA770-US3 (http://www.gigabyte.co.nz/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3303#ov)
  5. If you want to OC the cpu pick the DDR2 1066, otherwise pick the DDR2 800.
