I'm going to be building a new budget gaming computer within the month and as I said in the title, I have a budget of around $550, but it's ok if it goes a little over that. That price doesn't include an OS, because I already have one.

I don't have any preference for parts. I'm also not going to be overclocking.

Please recommend me a build, thanks.

550is pretty tough, I dunno how hardcore you are about whether it would be an intel build or not. For an intel build I don't see it happening, you can prob pull it off with an AMD build though

All I want it to do is to be able to play League of Legends at max settings at a constant smooth frame rate.

OK well then you will probably be spending near 200 on just the GPU alone, which will probably push you over your budget when you include everything plus tax. League isn't the most demanding game around, but heck if you just want it to look bad ass you can spend 200-300 on the GPU. Here is a possibility:

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727 $99
MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637 $80
GPU: Nvidia http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102999 $185

^^ just those 3 parts alone are $364 before tax (rebate included)

that would leave you a little more than 150 for, case, psu, HDD, Ram, heatsink (unless you use the stock cooler) so unless your willing to toss in some more moola the above setup might not fit.

So your options are to get a cheaper GPU but no promises it will run league on max all that well. i run league on high with a refurbished 550ti and it works pretty well, at thats a $170 graphics card
