Return my mobo or something else?

Both of my wireless mice have a cut out every few seconds, and the wireless keyboard goes nuts every few seconds. I've tried putting them in every different port to, even changed my headers. Its an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4, brand new build. Come to think of it the mice were cutting out the first time I put them in. They work fine on other computers, so do I have a bad board?

Can you try wired keyboard/mouse? Could be an EMI/RFI problem or a bad PSU or motherboard.

Hard to say without more testing.
