critical! hard drive clicks and wont boot at all

I have 2 bard drives the main is 1 tb and is clicking 6 and will not boot, the other has a backup that I made about 1 week ago but I cant load it.
Please some one help me.

The clicking hard drive: it's read-write heads have crashed into the data-platters and is trying to free itself, that's what makes the clicking noise. The drive is now unusable and will have to be replaced.

You need to replace that drive first, then install Windows on it and get it up and running.
Then you can concentrate on finding out what's wrong with the other drive.

I have a very basic restore disc does that count as a reinstall disc?
