Will These Conflict?

I am building my first computer. Mostly for gaming, but I also listen to a lot of music and watch movies on my computer.

I am wondering if this :

will make the front panel from this :

http://www.soundblaster.com/products/sound-blaster-recon3d-fatal1ty-champion.aspx

obsolete. I want the veris mostly for the ability to use the remote.

I've got the room. Its a full tower. 5 bays, not counting the 2 hotswaps that I believe I could use as well. I've done the research to know I want the features of the veris, I just want to know how it would pair with my front panel for my sound card.

From what I can tell, no one has posted about it before. There is a chance I will buy it anyways and see how well they work together, but it would be nice if someone has done the work and tell me its not worth doing.
