So I am building a new computer to replace my old build, but this new one needs to be different. My last rig was designed for gaming ( it was good back in the day, but it is showing it's age... ) but this new one needs to be able to not only play the newest games, but also I am looking to use this for recording game play, some live streaming and video editing.

Now I am stuck between a few choices for graphics cards, and other parts, so I was hoping to get the opinion of others to maybe help me make my choice before I set it all in stone.

So my build looks like this right now.

AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0 GHz
( getting COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO for it )
G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 16GB 2 X 8GB
( going to upgrade to 32GB )
Hard drives will be 1TB drive and an SSD

But I am stuck between two problems.

First my Graphics cards.

The Radeon HD 7950 3GB

Radeon HD 7970 3GB

I will be picking one card right now, but with in a month or so I might get a second one for crossfire. I am leaning more to the 7970, but I am not sure if it is fully worth the extra money for it.

I am also stuck between two Motherboards. So if anyone has an opinion on them or maybe can offer something different that would be helpful.

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX

GIGABYTE GA-990

I also haven't fully picked a power supply yet, and a case, but I figured I would get those based off the card and mother board. But I am also open to ideas for them too.

I do thank you all for any help with this.

Quite a bit.. But I am aiming to try and keep it under 500 on the card. Also I'm an ATI / AMD fan. I just like their cards better. I have had better experience with them, and a few odd experiences with Nvidia. Maybe it is just my bad luck.

As for the cards. I know I am getting one now, and another later.

Also Sabertooth is what I was learning at too..

What games are you planning on playing!! haha and fair enough, also should give NVidia another go just because you might just get bad customer service from some people I have had it myself haha and Sabertooth is just great quality and you will get a long life from it!! should smash this in there too!!
