Having Major Issues Installing Windows XP Mode

I follow the steps on Microsoft's website to the letter, but that doesn't seem to be enough: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx

I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit on a stock Samsung qx411-w01.

It seems when I try to install the update to windows I'm getting an error 80004005.

Here is from microsoftware.
Disable proxy server;
1)Open Internet Explorer.
2)Click on Tools and then on Internet options.
3)Switch to Connections tab.
4)Click on Lan Settings.
5)Uncheck all the boxes under Proxy Server.
6)Save the changes by clicking on OK.

If you still have problem, try to "Automatically detect settings" in the same section.

This has absolutely nothing to do with my issue. I'm trying to run 16-bit windows programs in 64-bit windows.

This is one weird thing to fix some windows update errors. If you don'r like it just forget about it. Sorry.
