How to export email from Gmail to PST Outlook file format?

Hi,

I currently store my emails on Gmail account. I want to export email from Gmail to PST Outlook file format. Do I need to convert Gmail to a .pst file? If this is the case, how do I go about it?

You set up the account in Outlook then use the File>Import menu to convert and bring over the historic mail you have stored so long as it wasn't in webmail. You don't need any dubious third party software and I'm closing this thread so I don't need to keep removing posts that recommend it.
