Help needed with first build

So i am attemting my first build, so i just want to check if all the parts fit with eachother and get advice on a power supply and RAM.

So here we go with the components.

Mother board: ASUS MB H61 S1155
Video card: MSI GeForce GTX 640, 2GB
CPU: INTEL CPUCI5 3000/6M S1155
Hard drive: Western Digital WD10EARX 1TB 5400rpm 64MB SATA 6 Gb/s
Case: Chassis INTER-TECH JY-250 Fox Midi Tower

So thats all of the components i have selected out, now my question is do they fit with eachother?

And i need advice on a power supply since i dont know how to select it myself and also RAM.

yes they will work for sure though I could not recognise the cpu you specified. Still, it should work since its socket 1155

a corsair cx430 would be the best option if you are on a budget. a cx500 or tx650 if you want to be future proof. but a cx430 is more than enough
