It's not bad, though, i would get the xfx 450/550 core edition for a psu and a 7850 for gaming.

The cooler is good for the price, you can find reviews of it, but the hyper 212 plus is better, but that one fits the budget(by the way this is more like a 500$ build) with 7850.
The case is decent too, bitfenix merc alpha is a solid case.
